The officers, members and staff welcome you to Cliffside Marina and Yacht Club.
We ask your cooperation and observance of our rules.
The privileges of this Club and the use of its facilities may be extended to guests of members. With prior approval, visiting boat owners must register at the Office, and their boats must be registered by completing the guest vessel registration forms. Upon registration, you will receive a guest key card. Please note that the office is only accepting cash or personal checks.

Guest Rules
1. Guest Access to Slips
Guests may not enter any slip or tie up anywhere in the harbor without prior permission from Cliffside Marina facility manager, or other designated officers.
Cliffside Marina monitors VHF Channel 69.
Please hail us on Channel 69 when approaching the facility.
Security Monitoring. CCTV 24 hours. All docks, slips, walkways, and common areas are subject to video recording. Entry onto Cliffside Marina property constitutes consent to monitoring.
2. Vessels in Distress or Seeking Refuge Vessels arriving due to distress, seeking refuge, or on long passages must make arrangements for dock use, based on availability, with our facility manager, before arrival or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
Inbound vessels should monitor and communicate on VHF Channel 69.
3. Unauthorized Mooring
Boats that tie up or remain at the Marina without permission are subject to removal at the owner’s expense and may be impounded for dockage fees and removal costs.
4. Extensions of Stay
The Manager may extend a vessel’s stay beyond standard limits and may adjust charges when special circumstances warrant.
5. Water & Power Services
Potable water and electrical service are available at the Service Dock and at individual slips. The Marina provides 30‑amp service and a limited number of 50‑amp connections.
6. Restroom Facilities
Restrooms are available at the Marina Office (Badge Required) and in our parking lot.
7. Open Flames
Open fires—including barbeques—are not permitted anywhere on the docks at any time.
8. Quiet Hours
Noise must be kept to a minimum between 2200 hours and 0700 hours.
9. Pets
Visitor pets are not permitted on Club property.
10. Office Hours
The Marina Office opens daily at 0900 hours.
11. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all Marina facilities and at any location on Club property.
